Guidelines for General Trade space applicants:
• The attached application form must be completed and returned to the Trade Secretary for consideration. You must provide a copy of your insurance and business registration with the form. Not all applications are accepted and local vendors will be given priority.
• If you intend to remain and trade into the evening you must clearly state this on your application as you will be allocated a place closer to the bar and entertainment area.
• Once your application for trade space is approved you will receive a Tax invoice for the total amount payable.
• Once you have paid this invoice your place will be confirmed. Until payment is received you will not be allocated a place and another vendor may be given priority.
• All vendors receive 2 entries to the showground.
• NO vendor will be admitted onto the show grounds on the day without payment being received.
• Site allocation is at the discretion of the Trade Secretary and permission to set up prior to show day must be requested as early as possible before show day to allow the grounds man to accommodate.
• All electrics must meet RAS standards. Power is limited and is allocated on a first in basis.
• All entry to the grounds will be via the Main gate from 6am on the day.
• Displays must be set up prior to 9:30 and vehicles removed from the walkways as public are admitted from 10:00. NO vendor is permitted to leave before 5pm unless already agreed.
• All large machinery will be located on the bitumen inside the main gate.
• Volunteer and not for profit groups are eligible for a discounted trade space. Please discuss with Trade Secretary.
• NO dogs permitted within the venue and the Shire ranger will be monitoring.
• Any group wanting to hold a raffle on the day must contact the Trade Secretary for approval.
Guidelines for Food Vendors:
• The attached application form must be completed and returned to the Trade Secretary for consideration. You must provide a copy of your insurance and business registration and current shire food licence with the form. Not all applications are accepted and local vendors will be given priority.
• If you intend to remain and trade into the evening you must clearly state this on your application as you will be allocated a place closer to the bar and entertainment area.
• Once your application for trade space is approved you will receive a Tax invoice for the total amount payable. • You must obtain a Temporary Food Permit from the Shire of Moora (9651 0000) and forward this to the Trade Secretary. Once you have done this and paid the invoice amount your place will be confirmed. Until payment is received you will not be allocated a place and another vendor may be given priority.
